Why do I have to give you my credit card information?
We take your information for that reason of insurance, we do not charge your card unless you no show. We do not charge for the appointment ahead of time, and your information is confidential.
Why is there a 24 hour cancellation policy?
We have this policy to protect our business and our employees. We respect your time and we ask that you reciprocate, we understand there is no way to avoid certain situations but for a no show we charge 100% of the treatment fee. No exceptions.
All Sales are Final on Products and Services. Gift Certificates are non refundable. Discounted Gift Certificates and Donation Gift Certificates expire One Year from Purchase unless stated.
